I write fiction—novels, short stories, screenplays—and I'm building Serendipity: A Tactical Life, which traces my own unconventional path from English Literature degree to global management, alongside profiles of other people who built lives outside the lines. Some I knew, some are gone, some I'm still tracking down. I co-host Malestrum with my son Griffin, exploring where men are today. And after 45 years building businesses, I help companies assess where they are, develop strategic plans for where they want to go, and determine if AI fits their operations—offering audits, training, and implementation when it makes sense.
